  • Build brand awareness, strengthen community engagement, and modernize the visual voice of one of the U.S.’s most respected fine-instrument dealers.

  • Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Instagram, Facebook, Mailchimp

    • Introduced a structured Hub, Hero, Hygiene content strategy to guide all social planning and posting cadence.

      • Hero – long-form storytelling and high-value instrument features (rare violins, maker spotlights).

      • Hub – educational and aspirational content highlighting craftsmanship, restoration, and musician features.

      • Hygiene – consistent product and shop updates designed to maintain brand visibility and engagement.

    • Developed a cohesive visual identity across platforms, blending aspirational imagery with authentic shop culture.

    • Created a 4-week rotating strategic posting schedule with data-driven optimizations for reach and engagement.

    • Managed copywriting and ad targeting using Meta Ads Manager for boosted posts and audience testing.

    • Achieved a 270% increase in followers within the first four months of strategy implementation, followed by an additional 30% organic growth through continued use of the same framework after my departure.

    • Elevated the shop’s digital presence with a more cohesive, on-brand visual identity that better reflected its premium price point and craftsmanship.

    • Drove consistent month-over-month increases in engagement rate and post saves, reinforcing brand trust and visibility.

    • Established a repeatable content framework and posting rhythm still in use by the shop today.
